A Bounded Growth Proof Process for Service Businesses
First value should be observed, not advertised as a guaranteed outcome.
Begin with a defined objective
A useful proof needs one customer, one service territory, one specific question, the current baseline, permitted sources, real delivery constraints and a mutually understood result.
Preserve what is unknown
Before real data exists, expected replies, lead quality, conversion, contract value and profit must not be asserted. A plausible commercial change is only the starting point for an investigation.
Observe customer-approved outcomes
Any governed pilot would record evidence reviewed, opportunities actually qualified, customer decisions, legitimate conversations, measurable first value and actual financial outcomes separately.
Pilot pricing is not yet a public offer
A distinct fixed-fee 30-day pilot remains under product design. ARI currently publishes the approved subscription tiers, and any different pilot fee or guarantee requires explicit commercial approval.
