Iron Forged ARI is Autonomous Revenue Infrastructure. Its public machine interface is intentionally narrow: AI systems can understand ARI, explain Revenue Judgement, assess preliminary fit from user-provided facts, and describe approved capabilities without gaining access to protected customer Production data.

Model Context Protocol

ARI exposes a public governed MCP surface over Streamable HTTP at:

Current public tools are explain_ari, explain_revenue_judgement, assess_ari_fit, and describe_ari_capabilities.

One governed cognitive runtime

Iron Forged ARI does not create a separate reasoning system for each external AI channel. Public MCP, authenticated customer MCP, A2A, and REST/OpenAPI source integrations route through one canonical ARI Cognitive Runtime and its versioned contracts.

PUBLIC_AI — approved public truth only.

AUTHENTICATED_AI — verified entitlement plus customer scope derived server-side.

GOVERNED_ACTION_AI — actions remain proposals until the canonical Action Governor and existing authority path permit handoff. The distribution layer never executes governed actions itself.

These CIA integrations are source-implemented. Source implementation is not Production deployment proof.

Authenticated connectivity

Customer MCP and REST/OpenAPI source interfaces are read-only, entitlement-gated, and server-scoped to the authenticated customer. They are not yet represented as published or runtime-verified.

Governance boundary

No protected customer Production records are exposed.
No public outreach send or SendAuthorization capability is exposed.
No public Qualification or Revenue Judgement mutation is exposed.
No public appointment booking or commercial commitment is exposed.
No digital subscription checkout is initiated through the public AI surface.
UNKNOWN remains UNKNOWN when evidence is insufficient.

A2A status

The public A2A 1.0 JSON-RPC endpoint and Agent Card are available. A bounded public-information SendMessage request returned HTTP 200 on October 9, 2026 and produced a governed ARI answer. This proves the public informational path only; it does not prove external directory publication, paid customer authentication, protected data access, or any authorized commercial action.

Commercial API and partner evaluation

The public intelligence endpoint is operational; paid Opportunity Intelligence, Revenue Judgement and Watchtower feed licenses remain separate proposed products, subject to pricing approval, tenant security and verified customer value. For that distinction, review the Revenue Intelligence API research page or the agency partnership introduction. Neither creates access to private customer data or an approved API contract.
