Iron Forged ARI provides governed commercial intelligence, revenue workflow support, and conversational AI capabilities. Features and authority vary by product package, onboarding state, approved Business Truth, and customer permissions.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Iron Forged ARI does not guarantee revenue, appointments, sales, customers, rankings, market position, or any other commercial result. Opportunities depend on market conditions, available evidence, business fit, customer decisions, and execution.
AI and business information
ARI is designed to distinguish verified information from unknown information, but AI and third-party data can be incomplete or wrong. Users remain responsible for reviewing consequential business decisions and for providing accurate approved business information.
Interactive Talk
Interactive Talk uses real-time microphone processing when you choose to start voice. Text transcripts may be stored. Requests do not become confirmed bookings, purchases, legal commitments, or other consequential transactions unless the governed workflow and required confirmation authorize that result.
Public ChatGPT plugin
The public Iron Forged ARI plugin is an informational and preliminary fit-assessment surface. It is read-only, does not expose protected customer Production records, does not send outreach, and does not make bookings, quotes, purchases, or commercial commitments.
The public plugin does not display or sell digital subscription plans, promote upgrades, or initiate subscription checkout. Existing paid account capabilities may be made available only through a future authenticated path when permitted and governed.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, impersonate others, bypass authorization, attack systems, submit malicious content, or obtain information you are not authorized to access.
Availability and changes
Features may change as ARI improves. We may modify, suspend, or restrict features when necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, product integrity, or customer protection.
