What we collect

When you use Iron Forged ARI, we may collect information you submit directly, business profile information, account information, usage events, and text generated during product interactions.

When you start Interactive Talk, your microphone audio is transmitted for real-time speech processing so ARI can understand and respond. Iron Forged ARI does not intentionally store raw voice audio as part of the Interactive Talk product. Text transcripts and related session events may be stored so the conversation can be reviewed, governed, improved, and supported.

Interactive Talk controls

Voice starts only after you initiate the voice experience and grant browser microphone permission. While a voice session is active, the interface shows the live state.

You can stop the voice session by saying “end conversation,” pressing the End conversation control, closing the ARI panel, or leaving the page.

ChatGPT and public plugin interactions

When you use the public Iron Forged ARI plugin through ChatGPT or another supported MCP client, ARI receives only the tool arguments the client sends for the selected tool call. The public plugin is not designed to request precise location, reconstruct the full chat history, access protected customer Production data, or create a customer record from a preliminary fit assessment.

Public-plugin questions, fit-assessment inputs, and tool results are processed transiently and are not intentionally persisted as ARI CognitiveRun records, customer records, opportunities, or leads. The public MCP does not require a user account or authentication.

For abuse prevention, a short-lived in-memory rate-limit key may be derived from network forwarding information and user-agent data. That in-memory key is scoped to the current request window and is eligible for cleanup after approximately two minutes. For reliability and security, infrastructure may also record limited operational events such as request identifiers, tool or surface name, server version, status, and failure class. The public plugin does not intentionally log prompt text or tool-result payloads, and these operational events are not used for behavioral profiling or advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide ARI, answer questions, maintain governed Business Truth, operate revenue workflows, support customers, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and learn from verified commercial outcomes.

We do not promise or infer facts that are not supported by the information and authority available to ARI.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and AI service providers to host the product, provide real-time voice transport, speech recognition, speech synthesis, and model processing. Information necessary to perform those functions may be transmitted to those providers under their applicable service terms.

Retention and security

Public-plugin tool arguments and tool results are not intentionally retained as application records after the request completes. Short-lived public-plugin rate-limit state is kept in process memory for approximately two minutes. Infrastructure providers may retain transport and security logs under their own operational retention practices; Iron Forged ARI does not create a separate long-term store of public-plugin prompt or result payloads. Other account, customer, or product records are retained only as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, governance, and legitimate business purposes. Access is limited according to product roles and authority.

Your choices

You can choose not to start voice, can use text where available, and can end a voice conversation at any time. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion requests that apply to your information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
