Governance
Iron Forged ARI separates information, judgement, authority, and action. Public distribution does not expand Production authority.
Core rules
- UNKNOWN doctrine: missing evidence remains UNKNOWN; it is not converted into negative evidence or invented certainty.
- Customer isolation: protected customer data is scoped to the authenticated customer and is not exposed through public interfaces.
- Authorization: authentication, entitlement, and action authority are distinct. A login or marketplace purchase does not silently authorize outreach or a commercial commitment.
- Revenue Judgement: customer-visible judgement can be explained, but public/external read interfaces do not mutate the governed Revenue Judgement system.
- Evidence provenance: factual and operational claims should remain attributable to approved evidence and versioned truth.
- Commercial commitments: public AI surfaces do not book, quote, purchase, subscribe, or otherwise bind a party to a commercial commitment.
- Historical integrity: current distribution work does not rewrite Production history to manufacture progress.
Public AI boundary
The public MCP and A2A surfaces are informational/preliminary-fit interfaces only. Authenticated customer intelligence is separately gated and read-only.
