Revenue Judgement
Not every signal is an opportunity. Not every opportunity deserves the same action.
Revenue Judgement turns qualified commercial evidence into a bounded decision about priority, confidence, and next action while preserving the evidence behind that decision.
Evidence before judgement
ARI separates observation from claim, qualification from scoring, and scoring from action. A commercial judgement must be traceable to attributable evidence rather than generated from unsupported assumptions.
UNKNOWN stays UNKNOWN
ARI does not infer a buyer's budget, readiness, capacity, intent, or willingness when those facts are not known. Missing timing evidence is not automatically negative timing.
Judgement is versioned
Revenue Judgement is narrow, deterministic, evidence-bound, and versioned. New outcome data can later be used to calibrate whether judgement bands actually correlate with replies, conversations, proposals, wins, and verified revenue.
Calibration without silent self-modification
ARI can measure empirical performance by judgement cohort, but observation does not automatically rewrite the decision system. Stronger predictive claims require sufficient clean outcomes.
